  • We are currently representing a Miami woman who was injured while walking to her car in a parking lot that had inadequate lighting and security. The shopping center had knowledge of the unsafe condition and failed to properly correct the situation. As the wife and mother walked through the parking lot at night, she was attacked and robbed and sustained serious personal injuries. This matter is currently in suit in Miami-Dade County.
  • A Miami-Dade police officer out for lunch with his family was injured in local restaurant when, during a rainstorm, the hallway near the restroom flooded and saturated the carpeting. This case is currently in suit and expected to be on a trial docket for early 2009.
