After graduating theUniversity Of Miami School Of Law in 2005, Howard J. Weitzner began his practice in insurance defense, working for one of the more recognized firms in the state in this field. Mr. Weitzner handled an extraordinarily high caseload defending suits involving personal injury, property damage, defamation and many other wrongful acts. The experience he gained as a young attorney, learning the way insurance companies work and how they set out to defend suits, has proven to be an invaluable asset as Mr. Weitzner has transitioned to Plaintiff's practice.

Mr. Weitzner primarily focuses his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and professional malpractice cases. However, he also has experience in handling cases involving defamation, wage and hour disputes, and commercial litigation.

Born in New Jersey , Mr. Weitzner and his family have been firmly entrenched in South Florida for over 20 years. Mr. Weitzner earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida in 2002. Following that, he obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005.
